I think you are on to something. I had my momentary rant against Samsung yesterday, but I think I am just going to use my whiskey ice molds for everything going forward.

Based on my experience with Samsung phones I don't have plans to buy appliances from them ever

All the mowing talk is why I’m glad I have a little brother who started mowing last summer for some extra $$$

$30 every couple of weeks (or every week when it’s been as rainy and warm as it has been) is totally worth it to not mess with it

My Samsung ice maker is messed up too.

I have done a deep dive and it seems that this is very common with Samsung. I refuse to pay to replace the ice maker (may as well buy a new refrigerator), so I keep working on it until it becomes a problem again.

But I think I am going to credit @KatieKulka32, and I am just going to make ice with trays or use my whiskey ice molds.
