Morning everyone- and afternoon and evening for all the time zones. Back in the office. Got the run down of what happened last week at work - still reading emails.

And @Nylonian - yeah I’ve fell down the rabbit hole of fountain pen ink. I’ve learned filling the converter is not hard and YouTube taught me how to clean the pen properly. Bought a couple supplies for that that and a new pen….

Creamy - meat is good because it’s protein and then it’s a full meal not a side dish. I’m not too picky just not super spicy but I can dial back peppers.

I have a master's. I want to go for a doctorate. But that's out of reach at the moment. At least this fall I'll be taking some certification coursework which counts as continuing ed.
