Oh good...I need help getting the French press grind right. I'm either too coarse or straight to espresso...no in between AND I need a good substitute for hot sand for my cezve. Getting a good hand grinder helps. French press is usually between 900-1100 microns. Try more granular settings and start with a four minute steep and go from there.

But we got a new director, and it's not fun with him. And there's a new singer who sits by me. She's decided we're besties. (We're not) Shes very loud, doesn't listen, and can't really sing.
And 2 weeks ago I walked into a political discussion that really turned my stomach.
So this has been rough.
