My wife went to the doctor office one afternoon. The doctor has seen her before. She had used him for about 4 years. He always does a breast exam. He loves her 34DDD boobs. This visit, I asked her if I could come along. She said OK. We went back to one of the rooms and she was told to strip to the waist and put on the gown. She did and the doctor came in shortly thereafter. He asked my wife if she needed to have a nurse in the room. He told her it wouldn't be necessary since I was there. She said a nurse wouldn't be needed. I think she had a cold and the visit probably wouldn't do much for her. The first thing he told her was to remove the gown. He then checked her ears and nose. He continued to check her. Then he told her he needed to check her breasts. He started to exam one of her its and then he looked at me. I smile and noded. He smiled and continued his exam. It took him 15 minutes to check he tits. He kept looking at me and we both smiled as I knew he was enjoying the exam as much as I was enjoying watching him exam/play with her boobs. Since my wife likes her tits played with, she didn't complain. On the way home, she told me that is usually how long it takes him each time she goes into the office.
