The Dragon Claw (Closed)

She smiled " why hunt with you? Am I the one to catch your dinner" she chuckled "am curious I don't mind

“I promised to keep you by my side, and if you misbehave . . . I might need to warm up your bottom.”

Jos laughed out loud at the expression on Rosie's face. “I believe Zaire is ready to take you off to the gym. Don't have too much fun.”

Standing up she did the best she could going with the teacher she wondered what today would go

After they entered the gym, Zaire said, “Today is unarmed combat. There are times you will not have a weapon.

“First, do not attack the enemy; let them come to you. You can use their momentum against them. Come to the mat and I'll show what I mean.”

Listing to what Zarie was talking about and nodded she agreed she needed to learn everything, she made her way to the mat and was in a pose showing she was ready.

The door to the gym opened, and a large guy, twice Rosie's size entered. Zaire said, “This is Zander, your opponent.”

Zander had a huge smile on his face as he approached the mat. “I'm going to have a lot of fun today. I love smashing boobies and crushing pussies.”

She put her wrapped up hands in a defense pose like boxers did and this man was huge she hoped this wasn't going to hurt very much, then again she had a lover who could heal her. Her eyes narrowed and growled lowly knowing it wont scare him of course but she didn't like smug people.

Zander took the offensive, trying to get his hands on the elusive Rosie, who unexpectedly stuck her foot out and tripped him.

He waited for her to use her foot against him while he lay on the mat. He really wanted to get ahold of that foot; he even lay there longer than necessary, trying to tempt her. Finally, he stood up. “I'm goin' get you this time.”

She dodged away a lot which was simple but with him being big she had to work three times as hard, she got away from him as much as possible, her heart pounding as she tripped him, poked him anything she could think of.

Zander did get ahold of Rosie once, but as soon as he did, Zaire shouted, “Baby, let her go now.”

Zander did as ordered and replied, “Yes, my darling.”

“Rosie, you did quite well in the defend and avoid routine. Now, comes the hard part. Two against one.”

The door opened and another massive man entered.

“This is Zander's brother, Zypher, both brothers are my mates. Ok, match time.”

She had no way to know what all her powers were when it came to what she could do, she closed her eyes as the brothers surrounded her, one to her front the other was flanking her backside. She was hearing whispers and they only got louder as she listened more and more closely, she stood side ways each hand out reached to each brother, and as her eyes flew open she saw copied versions of her, she didn't realize Jos was watching her, seeing what she was doing.

Jos smiled when he saw the illusion; he had hoped that Rosie would discover her hidden talents because they were extremely powerful – even greater than his.

He watched the rest of the match. The brothers didn't have a chance.

Zaire said, “That is all for today. It is now lunch time. After that Clara will teach you some more.”

She smiled and nodded at her, she was a bit tired because the powers she didn't know to well took a lot out of her, but problem was if she didn't know how she did it how is she ever going to learn?

Jos sat beside Rosie as they ate. “You know how to ride a bicycle?”

She turned her head to look at him. “Yes.”

“If you think back to when you first learned, it is likely you fell down a few times maybe even became frustrated, but in time, you were successful.

“The point I am making is that it takes time, having patience with yourself is the key to any learning. You are doing very well Rosie. I can't know how difficult it is for you, but I can tell you I will give you my full support every step on this important path.”

She had been grateful to him everything he did for her was to help not hinder her and she could feel it no matter how small. She sat back as she heard what he said while she was cutting a piece of meat and sticking it in her mouth, her eyes looking right into his she smiled. "Very true" She said simply enjoying the feast in front of her and she wasn't much into meat but this? was perfect.

As the meal neared its end, one of Jos's people set Rosie's dagger on the table. “When you first came here,” Jos said, “you gave this weapon to one of my people. It is very old and likely came from one of your ancestors.

“Rosie, this weapon is enchanted. Any wound caused by it will not heal. Any vampire you encounter will not face you while you hold this weapon.

“Tonight we hunt. I need blood, but even more important, my people have discovered the lair of the vampire who has been sending these attacks against me.

“As soon as it is dark, we leave.”

She nodded to him and didn't know what to do with herself, she looked at it and when she touched it. She closed her eyes seeing herself as a man it was crazy, she heard the conversation in her head and opened up her eyes. She ate her food and went to her bedroom watching the sun go down. She sighed softly running my fingers over where he bit her sighing softly.

As soon as it was dark, Jos went to get Rosie, who was dressed and sitting on her bed. “Bring the dagger with you. It is time to hunt.”

They left the mansion and climbed into a large van where three of his other men awaited them. “The vampire's lair is on the other side of town. You may wonder why a van was chosen for transport.

“The other vampire will have traps set to catch anything flying near its lair. We will get close then continue on foot.”

She just let everything happen unsure what would happen if she decided to not do as she was told, she was still getting use to what she was. But finally she did get it through her head that she was the last "Dragon Claw" And would end up dying out with her unless she had a son to carry on who they were. She was silent the whole time, looking out front of the fan seeing the darkness envelope them.

The van stopped near a forest about a mile from the vampire's lair. Jos said, “We will get as close as we can in the dark, then he wait until just before dawn and attack.”

"I am not questioning your judgment with this, I'm going to make it to you but is this really wise are we done the proper procedure to be ready because I don't want us to really lose each other or are men"

Jos took Rosie to one side and explained, “Each one of us has a small vial of your blood which will make us immune to sunlight. Our enemy will have no power. We must put an end to these attacks.

“My plan is to bind each coffin with a silver chain. They will be trapped, and they will be unable to bother us again.

“There is still danger for we must move quietly and slowly to get as close as possible before dawn.”

He gave Rosie a strong hug. “We will face these dangers together.”

She nodded and rubbed the back of her neck and didn't know what was going to happen, in that moment she grabbed her knife with the silver blade she slowly went in unsure what she was going to see or hear, perhaps even feel she was a bit scared.
