At the same time the Pig's lawyers are trying to convince the courts that tariffs are NOT a form of tax revenue (which is the Constitutional responsibility of Congress, not the Executive), the Pig is boasting about what he is going to do with this tax revenue (besides extorting others for his own power and financial benefit).

Trump can convince the MAGA Boys that tariffs are paid by exporting countries, that tax cuts for the rich lower the national debt, that the crime rate is rising, and that immigrants eat cats. H1-A visas allow certain kinds of "seasonal" workers to work legally in the United States. Wisconsin and midwestern dairy farmers suck up most of these visas for foreign workers, because they know Muricans won't last in jobs requiring them to be around cow shit all day.

The problem: Dairy is not "seasonal", it's a year round endeavor. Cows don't get vacations. Dairy farmers have gamed the existing system for years saying that "oh, this nine-month season has ended.....the "new" dairy season begins the very next day". Keeps the Mexicans employed and happy, and the farmers wealthy.

They tend to ignore the provision that says there must be a 90-day wait between seasons, and were shocked....SHOCKED I tell you....that Little Marco Rubio's State Department began cracking down bigly on these scofflaws in the name of Trump Teh Almighty.
