Mae, you inspire me

Mae, I have been following your images off and on, but each time I find myself inspired by the visuals and the tonality.

Your images have texture and they speak silently, but provactively. The emotions within the use of light, shadow, and you as the subject evoke a greater depth through how you communicate and are. I know you had placed captions or pull quotes with each visual, but I don't see it necessary as the images project the mood so well.

I will be exploring a few series in black & white as well as color when I get to S.F. I have a new flat that is the perfect back drop to be photographed in. The rooms have Southern exposure and there are wood floors trough out the flat. There is also a garden and a garage to add to the canvas as well.

And RawHumor...I was not necessarily referring to the company I keep; I cherish my friends dearly, and they are all marvelous people in their own quirky accords! I was referring more to the few people who approach me in 'real life'...it seems to be for one reason primarily (or can I count them separately?! LOL!). I guess it is oft assumed that a woman comfortable with her sexuality, who enjoys the sensual world, is synonymous with an easy lay. Which, for some of us, is not the case. Some gals are rather discerning in that arena. Just a freakish paradigm, that's all. Besides, if I walked around nude in public I'd get arrested!
