my most recent ones are Journy to a new World. Dark Enchantments, and one of my favorites that's been revived Betrothed.. lengthy but very good. At least in my own humble opinion anyway. i have several others take your pick

The idea is that while we're on the quest for the orb, we might help any town or village we come across and ofcourse gain something in our fight against the dark elf.
As for retrieving the orb, what if before we get it, it becomes too late or the orb is destroyed and we've to go through hell finding ingredients to create a new one. At the same time fighting more and more escaped monsters.

Oh, I get it. I'm just not seeing how or why Tyr would be on board. And he's not the only characters who has pointed it out.

Personally I would assume that the orb is indestructable. In stories like this it virtually always is and when it isn't repairing it is generally some bullshit like the power of friendship. We'd all discover that after weeks/months/years on the road that we'd all bonded despite being from different lands, sing Kumbuyyah and repair the damn thing.

If for other reason then it begs the question why the fuck aren't our Kings and whomever starting an on a second orb now. For that matter why wasn't a second made forever ago?

As for it being too late I don't know if there is such a thing in reality. If I've got it right it's effectively the gates of hell. (Though I think it's just an alternate universe, something like Australia filled with dangerous shit) if it IS hell then closing it is a boon in and of itself. A 90's cartoon basically covered what a bitch it is when the gates of hell are open when you're fighting. You kill a bad guy and all that happens is he warps back to the gate and comes back. Which gets increasingly problematic when the devil sets his throne two fucking feet from the portal.

just out of curiosity as i am reading along your posts are all good dont get me wrong and to the point, but is everyone in such a rush .. why no detail or discriptions of surroundings or activitys even of your own actions.

I can't speak for everybody but for me at the moment there really isn't much to describe. The tent belongs to Stalz so I've no clue what is or isn't in it and I'm hesitant to add anything that isn't both likely to be in a room just because and that I absolutely need for some reason. And everybody is still just talking, not really doing much of anything.

Feel free it's a good question. I often find myself especially depending on the size and speed of an RP caught between a few urges. First reading my own post and thinking "shit this is short. i need some filler!" Second reading my post and thinking "damn that's a lot stuff I added just so my post wasn't too short. And finally resisting the urge to run away with the RP. This one isn't having that problem but me and Stalz are in another one and if someone else is around to post eithe rone of us can get an entire page and a half over thirty minutes that's really jsut two characters bullshitting.

Yeah you're right sprite. I haven't been describing much, but just like sean had said. Their isn't much to describe. Though now that our quest is on the way. Be expecting lots of it.

Ofcourse. The thread is still very much open. If you've gone through the posts and fully understand it i don't see why not.

I'll wait until Stalz shows up since he's the HMFIC but that's probably a bit too far. And this from someone who tends to write stories where the undead aren't generally the worst things running around.

And yes, i agree. Though you do know your character will have a lot of convincing to do for others to trust him. Not that they trust theirselves already, lol.
Also i'm thinking you can introduce yourself in Paravoka Pass.

Paravoka pass is a forest that is a shortcut to Falkreath. One that merchants always use for quick traveling and resupplying. When bandits realised this, they started setting ambush for the merchants that crossed. King George who as always wants to avoid casualties banned merchants from using through it. After the Gate weakened, a screeling appeared in the woods, killed most of the bandits and headed into the rich human city. Now they are rumors of ghosts and wraits who ward people. who try to use the forest off
I'm hoping this rumor will be true, as you (kubushido) will be the wraith.

Yeah, i tried uploading one from google but it didn't work. You can go to google and search under images about a screeling. I'm sure you'll find one thats good enough.
