The Heart's Fire

The Prince wasn't stalking the Dragoness at first, surprisingly. No, out in the garden was a place he came early morning to think. no, it wasn't an immasculine thing, it was just the most peaceful place in his palace he didn't have to order everyone out to get some thoughts to himself. Of course, it also helped to think of some clever ways to find Shira's attention.

His attention was nrought to something else when he felt another prescence with him. He turned his head to see Shira heading his way...kind of. She looked like she was walking just for the sake of walking.

"Well, well, well, good morning to you, Princess."

Shira had been lost in her wanderings and her thoughts until J'onn called out to her. Looking around the dragonnes spotted the prince not that far from where she had come to a stop. "Good morning your highness," Shira gave a short curtsy before closing the distance between them. "What a surprise to run into you here." She already knew he was not in the mood to be fawned over and panted after today any more than he was last night so it wasn't a complete surprise.

Her feet did not stop moving however, though she stayed within reach Shira continued her perusing of the garden and the abundance of flowers and plants. While her curiosity was itching to know what the human had planned, Shira had no intention of appearing overly eager about it. "Did you sleep well?"

"I did," he said, nodding a little bit as he turned around fully to face her head on. "And yourself? Did you enjoy your flight, last night?" He asked.

Shira arched an eyebrow at him. So he had seen her flying about last night. "Yes I did actually. I hadn't had the chance to be myself since my father and I took more normal means of making the journey her." Dracos was a good 4 day travel by horse and by flight well under half the time. "It also gave me some time to think without the distractions of the party. I must give your father credit he certainly knows how to entertain his guests properly."
