The Mirena IUD stops your periods totally. Do you not have it there? I got one right after my last was born. It was a god send. They like to leave them in at least 2 yrs tho. How soon are you going to have babies?

ahhh! well first i don't wanna pump my body full of hormones and second as far as i know the implant doesn't always stop the period, only in about 50% of women.

Ahh, well, I loved it. No periods. No cramps. It was fab. Maybe I was just in the lucky 50% A friend said it made her gain weight, never did that to me.
