LOL. I think you do great, from what I've read of you. :)

When I sit to write something that's not ad copy, I seem to think I'm the reincarnation of William Faulkner. Can't. Shut. Up.

By the way? I detest Faulkner.

HA! (And thanks)

My nemesis is Clive Cussler. Good Cod. Dirk Pitt? Really?

Thankfully I do not write like Mr. Cussler.

I feel like if I just dont say it is done it wont be. A very childlike reaction to a very adult problem.
I dont know what to do.
Daddy usually fixes things like this....

I'm lucky that my pragmatism bleeds into my fiction. Though that can work the other way - I am constantly faced with notes in my critiques urging me to expand and explain in more detail.

I think as a whole we need to get back to concise writing. Between the length requirements for papers, being encouraged to "be detailed! be descriptive!!" and "show! don't tell!" and all sorts of reasonable advice, it's added up to "I'm going to spend a paragraph of my story using metaphors to describe THIS APPLE!!". It's just so unnecessary. I also think that it becomes a crutch for not knowing the best word. I know that I'm more likely to ramble on unnecessarily merely because I'm not able to express myself appropriately.

If one can tell me the same information with less words, I'd say that one has a superior vocabulary and ability to write than someone who goes on and on with flowery words and elaborate diction. Dude, just say it.

Completed my application today. Still need to have my wife look over my resume, but everything else is done.

Cross your fingers that in less than six months, I'll be walking along the Sumida River with rida...

She went to her first physical therapy for her ankle surgery today. After the exercises and stuff, they hooked her up for "electrocution" (TENS).

She didn't like it. She hated it.

I thought this was just fall allergies ... now I am thinking it is a cold ... yuck.

They used one of those to do tests on my hand last year... I Hate.Hate.HATE those TENS things.

No one's perfect. :)

As previously discussed, I love it after my physio.

I refuse to throw out styrofoam peanuts that arrive at my doorstep. So my car always looks like a ball pit while I drive around until I see a packaging store, and then I give them to be reused.

Yesterday was so crisp and vibrant that I opened my sunroof and fired my musical howitzer at the clouds. Out of the corner of my sunglasses I noticed a small white object wafting skyward.

Out.

Another.

Out.

One more.

Out.

It continued until the ones that wanted to go On the Road had left, and the others seemed content to settle down and listen to the Ramones.

They were beautiful pollution, and moved up and into the wind and behind me with each rising lyric.

Why the f does every time they show a character in a TV show that's into BDSM they wind up either dead or as the killer - or both?

Hello, you use it to titillate your audience but you have to have one of your main characters spout off about how sick/twisted/immature/dangerous/fill in your own it is!

Hypocrisy much???

Ditto.

It is not a sensation that is pleasurable or pain-pleasurable. It is just annoying.
The setting wasn't high enough.

Years ago, I use to go to a chiropractor for treatments for a pinched nerve. Before the treatments, he would attach a quad TENS to my back muscles to relax them. He had it set for a circular modulating current, stimulating my muscles. It always felt great. I would just lay there and feel the sensations flow through my muscles, making each vibrate with calming current. I would sometimes go to sleep, it felt so good.

Another time, and a different chiropractor, an assistant was trying to do something similar as the paragraph above. She had all of the patches attached, but when she turned the unit on, it was at full power. She quickly caught it and turned it off after only one or two seconds. I think she thought she had killed me and apologized for the mistake. I told her not to worry about it.

Actually, I didn't notice much at all in the way of pain. It was just a quick feeling that wasn't painful at all. It felt kind of like someone had slapped me on the back or something. It was gone as quickly as it started. And there were no residual pains like a slap on the back would have caused. She seemed very upset about it. I almost felt like I should have consoled her.

In hindsight, I guess I missed my chance at milking it for some sympathy. She was very pretty and probably would have agreed to my sexual demands. She surely felt like she deserved punishment. I always thought of things like that long after I would have benefited from them. Such is life, I guess.

I want to be tied up, asshooked to my hair and fucked senseless in the cunt and have my face fucked at the same time plus feel a heavy but stingy flogger all over my body.

Is that really too much to fucking well ask for just once in a while?

I agree. I don't understand these people who dislike a TENS as a relaxing feeling. I can only assume that the person controlling the device must not have had it set correctly, or the electrodes attached in the correct spots.

3 "hates" in one sentence? I won't say anything...I'll just smile and think of the delicious tortures I could come up with.

Do you know why she hated it? I'm just curious. Was it the feeling it produced, or that it was electrical current, maybe? I guess stimulation for one person is torture for another.

Does it count as electro-play if I like sticking my tongue on a new 9 volt battery?
Doing it once, to test if the battery is good is a little like rough vanilla sex. Doing it twice, because the first time felt good is just hiding an underlying perversion. Enjoying being tied up and "forced" to hold your tongue out, while someone sticks a new 9 volt battery to it is a whole different thing.

OK, that's a good start. Where do I get to attach the electrodes? :)

After teasing her, and telling her that I posted that she hated it, I found out that she has a fairly good reason for it: When she was five, her brothers talked her into grabbing hold of an electric fence with both hands. The sensation is similar enough that she has issues with TENS now, though she doesn't mind violet wand... much?

 is right! My friend did let me borrow hers. My brain keeps telling me it is only for my shoulders and back. Other parts of me are saying something totally different.

My chiropractor uses it on me too. One day I had him turn it up to the point where he told me my whole body should be feeling it. I whispered to myself, "I can only hope".

Well, don't I feel suddenly good about saying "yes, I've always been a touch naturally kinky." I used to question if I was just horny or was I *really* into kinky things because I couldn't look as far back as others and say "I always knew." But at least for this part, I used to get in trouble when I was 5 or 6 because I'd repeatedly touch the battery to my tongue. Until today I never thought of it as a possible sign I might just like it...and until today I never thought much about electro-play in general. Guess I just might have another item of exploration to add to my wish list. :D

No. No it is not.
