Yeah my weekend sucked big time Shank.....lost my purse on the way to the festival so had to cancel my credit cards...so no money. the campervan we hired broke down after 40miles, then again 10 miles from the destination, on a blind bend on a pitch black country road. It was then we discovered the haard lights didn't work. In all we waited 5 hours for recovery. Eventually we were towed into the festival site and pitched in the carpark lol...the recovery vehicle sank in the mud. At 3am we were in the rain trying to push the recovery wagon out. In the end they had to get a recovery vehicle to um, recover it.
On Saturday, the van door broke so we had to sleep with it open. The gas canister that fuelled the fridge was missing a vital part and leaking (apparently we could have blown up if the engine had sparked near it).
I slipped and fell in the mud (ok that was funny, as took others with me )
Bumped into an ex of mine with his partner and new baby. My friend took her lover back to the van leaving me to stay the night with my ex and family. nice.
On sunday we were towed the 300 miles all the way back to London. I had period pains from hell.
