Any idea why there are so many barriers to getting your license? Dutch version of Patriot Act?

LOL, sort of makes it difficult to improve for the next round when you are told you are an excellent driver and didn't make a mistake...just you remembered to continually be checking the rest of the traffic like you are supposed to do. :rolleyes: Oh well, perhaps F's idea of mentioning where and who he works for isn't a bad idea.....sure will make them think twice about pulling BS real quick I would think. :p

Edited to add....F has told me next time I can and will tell the testing officer who he works for. The thought did cross my mind today, but I wasn't sure he would want me to. Apparently he is so mad he is more than happy for me to drop it in conversation and says if I do it a soon as the test starts, he wouldn't be surprised if they take me around the block and back with a huge passing grade. This could be so fun to do!! ;)
Cat you are certainly taking this in good stride. I would be quite a bit less composed. I look forward to hearing it has been resolved :rose:

Sounds fun. Except drop all that info after and watch them fall over themselves giving you a passing grade.

I don't understand how someone could want to be with me & "love" me so much, but be willing to sit at home as I went out to satisfy my BDSM urge as long as I came back home to him...
He knows there is no sex in the "playspace" I frequent but I still don't understand...
why wouldn't He offer to try & learn some of it...
(it's not like I an into the heavy percussion or humiliation aspect... yet...)
There may be hope for Him yet tho... he has handcuffs ;) :rolleyes:
Gods knows he loves my boots & actually caught me off guard but dropping on his knees to literally kiss & lick my thigh high lambskin bitch boots, something I have never experienced till then...lol...
Maybe he just needs coaxing.... hhmmmmmmm
I love the way he marks my neck with love bites :)

(I bought my first set of handcuffs today, fur lined ones as I panic when bound) :)

LMAO I am such a whimp.....

Scary thought is I am getting used to things so much here that this did not surprise me especially given the warnings along similar lines I had been given. Figure there is no point sweating it seeing as I know it was really not me who had the problem. One of my son's workers told me she went for her 1st test and wasn't nervous, didn't make a mistake, drove perfectly and was failed....she went for her 2nd test and was a bundle of nerves and made one mistake after another and was passed without any negative comments. Oh, and I have to wait until November to do another test and am lucky it is only that long because they have a 5-6 month backlog...fortunately my instructor bought up some spare exams to counteract that problem a little.

LOL, let's just say he is very good at what he does and mention of who he does it for would make most people want to be seen as very nice people who do only the nicest things. ;)

Please explain why an EMBASSY has a 900 number. Excuse them? Why in the **** should I have to pay $2.50/MINUTE to talk to someone who's already getting paid to do their job? <sighs> <is very pissed off>

Which embassy is this?

We don't smoke marijuana in Muskogee;
We don't take our trips on LSD
We don't burn our draft cards down on Main Street;
We like livin' right, and bein' free.

I'm proud to be an Okie from Muskogee,
A place where even squares can have a ball
We still wave Old Glory down at the courthouse,
And white lightnin's still the biggest thrill of all

We don't make a party out of lovin';
We like holdin' hands and pitchin' woo;
We don't let our hair grow long and shaggy,
Like the hippies out in San Francisco do.

And I'm proud to be an Okie from Muskogee,
A place where even squares can have a ball.
We still wave Old Glory down at the courthouse,
And white lightnin's still the biggest thrill of all.

Leather boots are still in style for manly footwear;
Beads and Roman sandals won't be seen.
Football's still the roughest thing on campus,
And the kids here still respect the college dean.

We still wave Old Glory down at the courthouse,
In Muskogee, Oklahoma, USA.

I have hear or read those lyrics, like, five times in the last month. I had never even heard that song before that. It's kinda weird.

It's Friday which means I have to go home on Wednesday and I don't wanna go home on Wednesday.

Carpe diem, CM. Don't let your upcoming departure drag down the days before it happens. You're having a wonderful, wonderful experience - grab onto and hold each moment as it happens, so you'll have them to savor all over again as you prepare for the next step. :rose:

I hope that you enjoy each and every moment until then. :heart: Neon

I know... it's all his fault. He's the one last night who had to go and say out loud that next Thursday I wouldn't be here to tie up. Blasted man... :(

Hmm, you could always do what I did...extend to 4 months then go home just to tidy and pack up and move.:D
