As annoying as people (new or old) can sometimes be, if the people who don't fit the status quo/conform/fit in well all shut up, the board will die, because conversation will stagnate. There's also the possibility that people who thrust themselves into the limelight (without much grace) will mellow with time, and the board will benifit from their presence... It's a free speech board, which means while we can point out behaviour we find to be rude, insulting or arrogant, and should be quick to point out bad advice/explain why the advice is bad/dangerous, we can't (and shouldn't) attempt to control who posts here or what other's have to say.
