I'm sick of people blaming their switching on being a shitty sub. I'm currently sitting on my hands waiting for my Dom to call me because he's busy at work. The idea of doing anything other than what I'm told - anathema. Every time I get a request or an order it feels like I've got a present on it with a big shiny bow.

Blame your fear, your insecurity, your PMS, whatever you want. I'm sick of being assumed to be "a handful" because everyone wants to blame the fact that they switch for not being ready to submit or for being intentionally difficult.

being a Domme makes me happy to exist - it's not something I adopt to show how tough I am. (rant off)

ungreased baking pan
ungreased aluminum foil in baking pan
greased ("non-stick" spray) baking pan
greased (cooking oil) baking pan
greased ("non-stick" spray) aluminum foil in baking pan
greased (cooking oil) aluminum foil in baking pan​

NONE of 'em keep my chicken from sticking! What the hell am I doing wrong, or not doing that I should be doing?????

Use a greased (oil ) pan and heat the oil/pan in the oven for a bit (10 min) before you put the chicken in it!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME....It works!
