yesterday was the coldest day of the year so far, -11 F. So what do my dogs decided to do, they decide to not come home for hours. We both had to go to work so we had to leave them out because we didn't know where they were. Sir came home for lunch with the expressed intent of bringing the dogs in because it was so cold. He succeeded but now it seems that my stupid overgrown puppy (he's just over a year old) has gotten frostbite on his scrotum.

What the hell do you do for frostbitten scrotum?!?!?
