If depression is killer, making one suicidal, shaky, scared, terrified..how can one tell if they need more than the usual friggin cure, the lil blue pill that makes them happy? When they get no joy from love, from work, from hearth and home..how can one fix it, make them better, heal them?
And if one can't, isn't it far better to let them do what ever they NEED to do, so the pain isn't there, anymore?
