Start taking copious amounts of anti-depression meds. Worked for me. It doesn't kill everything, but at least you can concentrate. Still have a very good sex life, just not fuck monsters anymore. It's kind of relaxing :l Plus, I no longer contemplate killing myself... Win win!

Thank you! It took years to dial it in. Plus, a full DNA sequence, that helps with what stuff works best with my genetic makeup. I still struggle at times, but I think it's just my nature and personality.

My wife tried anti depressants once. She was under mountains of work stress and she had a similar result as you. She also developed tinnitus. I have it too, but mine has been so gradual, I can ignore the screaming in my ears. For her, drives her batty. Needless to say, she only gave it 2 months and threw the pills down the toilet. There maybe some very calm fish somewhere.

counties around us saw up to almost 8" of rain in 24 hours

we got maybe a quarter to a half inch. 2 trees (30-35'ish) down along the same fenceline as before, but no damage to property and there didn't even seem much in the way of excessive winds. I think that when the neighbour cleaned out along their side of the fence to put up a new one, they cut through a lot of tethering roots which weakened the entire windbreak along there. Still, the wood won't go to waste and better those come down than others closer to the buildings.
