I teared up this morning when I read the bit with J'onn and his song.

Poor, poor Kara. Such a long road.

And it made me wonder, not for the first time, what Rose and Wraith are up to while this is going down. Maybe Rose is pregnant with the first of the kids and is staying out of combat, watching it heartbroken on TV? Maybe Wraith is in Shadow?

God, poor Kara.

I didn't think I'd be able to properly channel Rose like you could, and I ended up kicking myself about Wraith since Abraxas had written in the Legion thread that Doomsday had come close to killing him. At least I think that's what he'd said.

Maybe they fought once Doomsday came back around for seconds.

Yeah, that makes sense. We all know staying dead isn't Doomsday's strong suit. And if Wraith missed the party this go 'round and Kara fell when his back was turned, he'd go after Doomsday pretty hard. Of course, having magic claws against a Kryptonian-derived behemoth only gets you so far...

As far as canon is concerned, I'm not sure when Rose and Kyle would be having their first child, but the Doomsday story would take place several years after the start of World's Finest.
