You know, I've been contemplating a Firefly-themed RP for a while now. Might include some tidbits relating to the Serenity crew, but the story for the most part would be its own. New ship. New crew.

There's a planet in "Firefly" called Heinlein, named after Robert Heinlein, the famous sci-fi novelist.

He wrote a book called "Red Planet," one of my favorites. Oddly, the planet named after him isn't red.

It's like a little splinter in my brain, you know? Kinda itches a little.
