They're not. I reject Marxism. The socialist movement existed before Marx joined it, and would have been better off without the pseudoscientific intellectual substructure Marx gave it. All predictive theories of history are fundamentally flawed -- there are too many inherently unpredictable factors in play.

The Founders included the Ninth Amendment as a safeguard against the idea that the enumerated rights contained in the Bill of Rights were the only rights held by the people. They understood that just because a right wasn't explicitly written down didn’t mean it didn’t exist or that the government had the power to infringe upon it.

Courts and legal scholars have interpreted the Ninth Amendment as a basis for recognizing unenumerated rights, such as privacy, bodily autonomy, and other fundamental liberties. See Griswold v. Connecticut as an example. Oh, and spend more time reading the Constitution for comprehension instead of the kind of ignorance you put on display here.

That's only important to scholars. There has been no important case law turning on the Ninth. Even its application in Griswold is dubious.

As stated above no serious case has hinged on the 9th which is just a stupid catch all. If we use the 14th as you state it makes a good case for how stupid your hate of Obama was. He was born in America. He was born to an American woman. Both qualify him. But now you're bringing up that him being a citizen works. Man you should step up your game.
