I like chocobunnies!
But I think he gave me one too big. I mean, it was s'posed to fill in for Vail, and...
A lady sized bunneh...

*pokes tummy*
Its mad.

*peers into own writing notebook*
I have a lot to catch up on.
Thankfully, Eazy's being a lazybutt and I get a few days there.

Appears only to kiss her sister's cheek, wink at Tess, sheepishly hug her Daddy, and blow messy kisses towards the Foxy one. Then vanishes again.

falls back in with a crash.

Yikes.

My Sunday's moving into it's evening but it's sooo much better now I'm back with my own family for a couple of days before making the journey back home.

leans back on the cushions, elbow rising to lay on the back of the chair and resting her head in her elevated hand

And tomorrow's going to consist pretty exclusively of shopping and packing.

grins

So not a bad thing to start the new week!

I do too! I start going over every minute detail of something and get pretty distracted. I better rein myself in for this otherwise I'll start talking about weather patterns and what exact kind of rainfall is best for a good cherry crop.

Good! It's always nice to be with your family, and in-laws can be awful terrors, I speak from experience.

I know exactly what you mean.

nods

I love my details. But they'll so be my undoing if I'm not careful!

laughs softly.

How comes the paper?

stumbles in, a little in shock, sinks into her chair

Ok...so...we just had a minor house fire...

blinks and smiles weakly

...got to have a house full of firemen though...

Yeek.
I live right next to the fire chief.
He yells out his back door when he hears my smoke detector anymore. "Are you cooking or should I actually come over there?"

grins.

Done! I've had a few brainstorms actually. How are you? Run into any bookshelves lately?

No! Clothing racks. I got dragged clothing shopping.

Too bad you are so far away. I totally would have shown up in my turn out gear!

Definitely a bright side....

Luckily the local station is two minutes away so they were here almost before I'd finished calling.

Yeah...might need a drink now. Shakes kicking in.

runs to fetch tea, maybe with something stronger in it.

Are you all right? Everything okay? Scary!

My first reaction probably been to ask if everything was alright... Is everything alright?

takes the tea with a thankful smile

I'm ok, think it's shock kicking in. Will be alright soon enough.

We had a fire in the fireplace that suddenly went out of control. Took 3 extinguishers, and a fuckton of water in the end, to put it out. Called the brigade out to check it was out totally and safe.

So now we have a house full of ash and smoke but we're all safe and sound so can't complain.

sips the tea

Not how I saw my Sunday evening unfolding that's for sure!

Yes, what a nasty shock. I hate that feeling! Just try and relax, although I would bet you'll be jumpy for a bit. When I was in school my parents' garage was gutted by a fire, it was very scary. Not as frightening as a housefire, I'm sure.

At least you got to ogle some firemen. I hope they were cute! Ah firemen. So take charge and capable. The sooty muscles don't hurt either...

Appears and settles in close to Brit, cuddling her. Waves to Tess and whomever else might be around.

Hm.. did I hear talk of yummy firemen?

You did and they were quite yummy now that I think about it...

giggles

...one kept asking if me and Baby Brit were ok. Kept calling me 'Miss' and making me blush every time.

grins

Mm. Firemen. Sometimes I think I should start a man candy image thread for SRP inspiration over here, has it been done? I'm so shallow.

grins at Brit.

Please tell me you fluttered your eyelashes and came over all faint, so he would have had to help you into a chair.

I used to have a picture of myself in all the gear somewhere. It has been misplaced unfortunately.
