Oh, no, I know it does. Not sure my milk hasn't gone bad. It's just been a rough week, and what I found out at practice didn't make it any better.Mmm. Chocolate milk after a work out. It'll help. I know it sounds crazy. But I'm serious lol. Use it as a recovery drink....stretch....hot shower....and food...
