I don't understand people who don't eat veggies, but then I'm a vegetarian, so why would I understand them?

I ate mostly vegetarian for about 4 years (certain Jewish holidays are REALLY hard to not eat meat on)... I am just catching up on my meat eating.

As much as I hate to agree with Vivi... On anything you do need veggies lily.

I had to completely change my diet about six months ago. I lost 30 lbs by just starting to count carbs. It was a surprisingly easy change and a reasonable one. The biggest changes was eliminating high sugar drinks and adding veggies as fillers for meals. All I did was those two things and lost the weight in a little less than a month.

Well, that depends on what you're worried about. The end result will still be the same for young Danica... though the path way may be a lot more... scenic?
