The other comes out and tells me he was up untill 3am because I was snoring.

Oddly no. The fun is mandatory. Boss says I will be there and that it will raise morale. I'm not looking forward to it, because I've been to nonsense like this before. Enter a bunch of tired workers, some of which are just off shift(thankfully not me today), who are told to play tug of war or whatever they come up with until a predesignated time that none of us want to be there until.
