Lol apparently a mini rant needed to happen, love. It's okay. My ex was like that and it drove me nuts. I also got tired of being the only one who worked full time, went to school, and did all the dishes and cleaning....when she didn't work, was failing school, and didn't clean....so...I stopped...and ended up living in a pit. 'twas not fun. I was excited to have my own space

I had a roommate like that. Not only was he a slob but he was also a complete fuck up when it came to managing money. He got paid on wired days and that was always his excuse for not having the rent money. Instead of putting some thought into his spending shit got paid on time once every six months.

Shame too because he was the nicest guy. I just knew that we could not be roommates anymore.

He got paid on wired days and that was always his excuse for not having the rent money. Instead of putting some thought into his spending shit got paid on time once every six months.

Shame too because he was the nicest guy. I just knew that we could not be roommates anymore.

My ex was like that, too, sadly. She was very controlling and wouldn't let me manage the money. She was trying to do the right thing for me, because she knew I had managed money, bills, and worried about feeding my brother my entire life. She wanted to take some stress off me.....except it had the opposite effect. I went crazy not knowin where money wa being spent, or how much money was even in our account.....added to the fact that she was horrible at it. We had to sell all our possessions more than once...

I manage money now lol. And we had a roommate like that. We paid 3/4s of his rent and utilities every month....he paid us back like 2 weeks later....but we got sick of it. And if I wasn't really, really good with money, we wouldn't have been able to do it and all of us would have been evicted.

It wasn't completely on purpose! I was changing light bulbs in the bathroom and I dropped one. It fell into the sink and hit just right so the glass burst and some of the shards hit me in the ocular socket.
