*With a relieved sigh I find a comfy seat, able to put the workday behind me, let go of the stress, and hopefully reply to a few stories. I pull out my laptop, and open the Word file for 'A Needle Tears a Hole' and begin to slip into the mind space of a zombie apocalypse survivor.*

Good Friday evening to everyone. :rose:

Evening Thyri :)

*Glancing up from my writing, I realize I'm no longer alone. The good company brings a smile to my lips.*

Hi. I'm sorry I didn't notice you come in, I tend to get lost in my own head when I write. How are you both tonight? Got plans for the weekend?

Evenin' Milady and I'm with you. Time to let the stress go and leave the mundane world of demands behind me for the next couple of days, as I can.

I'm better! As for the weekend I'm hoping for something better than the week... at the guy is coming over this evening. I like cooking for people. :)

Oh, fine. And just a lot of studying for me, maybe go out tomorrow for a bit. St Patrick's weekend and all. But I seriously doubt I'll be able to pull myself away from the books to do so.

How about you, any plans?

It's been a tough week for me. Lot's of people wanting us to 'hurry up and get this done' and just about everything that needed to be done was like that, but the trouble was that none of it was ready to be done. Measurements were missing or inaccurate, customers were not answering much needed information, etc. Hell, in some cases the buildings were not even framed yet! Now how are they suppose to measure a structure that's not even there? How am I supposed to design panels to cover it? *Sighs in exasperation.* And I even have work I had to bring home to do over the weekend.

I plan to write to a couple stories I owe posts for, one I'm doing right now, so that will be done soon. And then I hope to get a reply to one that I really like! Every time I see a post to that story it's like Christmas morning. :)

I know that feeling well.

With my down time of being without a car I hope to finish my owed writing.

Sia, have you been following Walking Dead this season? The story I'm writing for right now is set in that kind of setting.

*I hit 'submit reply' and the next post is up. I think it's a good one, but I'll let my co-writer decide that. Her and the readers, I hope they all enjoy it. Maybe it's presumptuous to think anyone is reading along but the two of us, but it is what it is. I set aside my laptop for a minute and get up to stretch. maybe I can find some of that dark chocolate still left around here.*

I think they will keep this tension between Rick's group and the Governor going until the end of this season, which is at least another 3 episodes. But it sure is looking like someone is going to put him down. Maybe Andrea, maybe Mishone. Hard to say.

The story is called "The Needle Tears a Hole". It's only gone a few posts so far, but it's been fun to write. It's in first person, so it's something different for me, but I like it.

Awesome!

Yes I think the tension with build and do only have 3 eps left. I would like to see Andrea and/or Milton take the Governor out... it appears as if it could happen.

Yes, I think Milton's eyes have really been opened with this last episode. The time he spent talking to Herschel made him realize that they are not bad people, just other survivors trying to do the best they can. And then when the Governor mentioned his plans to ambush them and kill them, poor Milton lost his hero worship pretty fast.

Exactly, and I think Andrea dimmed a little more . I'm still waiting on her to stop being dumb
I loved this episode because of the showcase of each side being the same and hopefully realizing that they aren't really enemies. It was on the nose but I liked it all the same. I look forward to to Sunday's episode.

aw guyyyyssss, can we not talk about Walking Dead? I'm not caught up yet!

hides her eyes.

I find that there is little else on TV that I like to watch nearly as much. And no regular series that I always tune in for. I like watching bull riding, and i usually scout for a good movie or episode of CSI or Law and Order SVU. If not that, then lately I've been watching a lot of HGTV, mainly House Hunters, etc.
