And I'm very good thanks. It's early afternoon here, the sun is shining, the snow is finally starting to melt a little, we had Northern Lights last night...all in all, am a happy little witch!

this was the first year in like 8-10 years that i actually got a cake :( ohh i havent seen northern lights since i was a kid.

We've had a couple of good 'shows' in recent weeks, it's been awesome!
It's odd though, I've only seen them myself in the last two winters, and never in all the winters that I've lived up here!

the last time i saw them was one winter i would have been 10 or 11, and it was when i live in Cape Breton. for some reason my dad and i were standing on the 2nd floor deck of our house in the middle of the night watching them.

my dad and i never did much together so that memory sticks in my mind.

i have been off work since january, so unless i have an appointment i dont even bother with them. its also kinda said to admit i often forget what days it is because they all seem to blend together.
