I'm trying to think of other things to put in it, but part of the problem is I don't really measure or time much, and so it's hard to say "use three cups of widgets" when I don't know exactly how much I use myself.

It always seems to freak people out a bit when I don't set a timer for things. Or if they ask how much longer something has and all I can really say is "just a bit longer" or something along those lines. It's just.. done when it's done. That's pretty much all I know!

Veary ture cooking statements. I started learning to cook in Itialy form my next door nabor. And a lot of the cooking is to taste. My pinch and brits are not the same size. Most of my cooking is pinch, palm, and a few shakes.
