I'm good thanks. We've had a long, lovely, day out in the sunshine and fresh air but feeling the wave of sleepiness that comes after so much exertion.

The sun was a lovely thing to have today. It's been so cloudy and windy since we got here. I'm browner than I was and with a fair few more freckles than I had this morning, I'm quite certain.

But it wasn't strong enough to burn, at least, I haven't gotten burnt today so that's always good when you're fair skinned and you've been out all day.

I think my previous 'pink' days this summer have prepared me enough now for exposure to the sun. I'm actually a lot browner than I thought!
