Make time for it! I try to make a day a week like this. I don't always get to, and sometimes it makes other days a little more crazy, but it's really worth it.

It's much better thanks. Been resting pretty much all day, which has helped, doing some little stretches every so often to try and encourage things to loosen up a bit.
Hoping to be back to 'normal' by tomorrow!

Lol if time could actually be made, I'd be all for it. I'd be making it all the time lol. But as it is, something always needs doing. My weekends are just a busy a my work weeks lol.

Lol barely a scratch on it. My finger has a nasty, raised, hard bruise in the shape of it, though. Pretty sure it would be broken otherwise. I kinda have skinny fingers lol
