Of late, maybe the scene in Black Swan that started in the cab. Also George Clooney in the American at the brothel. Just a couple that come to mind.

The Black Swan was really, really good . . seeing the black and white sides of herself, the competition with her friend and the other dancers, delving into ethereal dreams and reality and not knowing which is which. Good choice! Thank you!
Natalie deserved the honors for this film. She is an amazing actress, so small yet with such power, vivacity & spark! She looks good too. I was at the Toronto International Film Festival and wanted to see this film, yet couldn't get tickets and didn't stand in the rush line.
Mila Kunis (love that name) does a great job as Natalie's coniving, friend-fucking frenemie!
I forget who was in the cab though.
