One of my staff fell in the office earlier, and apparently he's broken his arm.

And, even though it was totally his own fault, having left a trolley in his own way unnecessarily and then fell over it, I am surprisingly upset about him hurting himself

I've never had anyone have an accident before in all these years, and even though there was nothing I could have done to prevent it, it's bothering me. His wife is due to have their third child in less than 3 weeks, and at the moment he's in a lot of pain, couldn't drive their car home, etc etc... And the birth of the child isn't going to be straightforward because she's having problems....

Figuring out the map of Minsk is proving to be interesting.

They have changed some of the street names over the years, but for some reason many addresses are still written using the old street names. And the only map aimed at tourists I've been able to find online also seems to use the old street names. To make things more complicated, some street names are written in Belarusian and some in Russian which naturally are different, and some establishments have thought of tourists and have translated the name of their street into English like "Freedom Avenue", which of course cannot be found on any map.

The same goes for the metro. One station seems to go by at least 3 different names.

Oh, just realized another fun thing! They have recycled the old names to other streets, so some of the street names are still around but they're just in completely different places than before.
