I also have niggles in my head I need to get out by talking with Master. So that is frustrating.

Lots of workshops and stalls during the day (and food too!), and an after party from 7-10:30pm. The LAM staff does their best to make newcomers feel welcomed and encourage them to join in with the play stuff. You can also choose to pay less and watch people pay if you wish to do so.

Thanks for clearing that up. It looks good, and less intimidating than going to a club night for first timers. Shame London is such a distance for us.

Good morning! I'm so tired after a hard working weekend.

Pretty good weekend here, spent Saturday over at Speke Hall in Liverpool, running around the woods with the little fella, building dens and playing on the zip wire, and went into wales on Sunday visiting family we hadn't seen in years. And the weather held too

I am making Vietnamese chicken wings for G soon, maybe this weekend. I don't like wings.

Not normally keen on wings myself, but they sound good

Yes, i find the sweet / salty seems really popular with men. i have not done much Vietnamese cooking, ( oriental-Asian cooking is my weakest I think) but when I have G and house guest really love it. Houseguest is quite a 'meat and two veg' type often, where as G is not at all, so finding things they both love is really exciting. Curries always work too, though house guest prefers meat ones, and G likes vegetable ones as much/ more. But BBQ is another leveller. . G would put anything on the barbecue The only thing is, leave those two together and they cook obscene amounts.

Hmm, yes... Cooking far too much on the barbecue does seem to be a 'man' thing It is a good excuse to invite lots of people around though
