Currently my life expectancy looks slightly longer but I am still terminal.

Last official forecast was that I was unlikely to survive to August 2020 at the best. Now, after last scan when cancer had retreated slightly? Medics just don't know. I am confunding their expectations.

I've been killing some Bob's Red Mill muesli with extra chia seeds and coconut flakes. Yum. :)

Part of the advice with my chemo is what to eat and not to eat. Live yogurt is a no no.


But since I am terminal the medics have said I can forget the long-term effects of Type II diabetes. I won't live long enough for that to be an issue - so more wine and sweet desserts!
