Ginger-Snaps

It's slow in coming and I have only submitted the first part here on Lit. I submitted it in it's entirety but it was too long so they rejected it. I had to go back and cut it into pieces. I haven't really worked on it since about October but I have hopes to go back and work on it some more.

I, of course am the female lead. That is; she is based off of me. My boyfriend was the inspiration for the male lead and the entire story. It's pretty Story of O like but I'm making it my own, from my own experiences and fantasies.

I haven't really done a lot lately in the line of poetry, but you have probably seen that I keep up with my blogs. Other than that, I can't seem to find the time.

Anyway, let me know how you like it. I hope to get some new blog followers as well. What do you think about me posting a blog on my Book Review site about Lit and the stories offered?

I think a review of the stories here on Lit would be different, but very hard. You have THOUSANDS of short stories to go through and some of them get cutoff before they really go anywhere or are completed and some just plain SUCK.

You would also be smart to ask Laurel (The Site Owner) about it first.

I don't know. Maybe it's some new rule or something? All I know is it was rejected the first time because it was too long. Not sure why or how LOL. I certainly hope it gets some decent reviews! You'd be amazed at how many topics that I can cover in a blog. They don't have to pertain to your own life, per se. Just be something you can and want to write about. I'd die without being able to blog.
