Muffins are tasty, but I can be nice, just this once. Now if it was one of Mephistophililly's doomcakes however..... Then all bets are off!

Hi Neko, come and sit with us. We're passing around a bottle of sangria. Want some?

*Waving at Vail as she stops by, I sigh at how yummy she looks, but I am not fooled by the innocent appearance. I smile at her, wondering if she will join us, lifting the bottle in invitation.*

*shakes head timidly and smiles walking over, sitting obediently*

I accept the food from Avellan "Yeah, weird sounding combo I know... but its good that's what I had RL in fact." I start to eat offering the fork to Thyri, "Want some?" I ask taking a bite of muffin waving at Neko, who is one I don't know yet. Nodding to Vail also.

*grins, and begins to meow, wanting a bite of food*

Accepting the offered bite, blueberry muffins are among my favorites.

Oh, by the way, Neko is our resident cat-girl, Gladiator. She's very sweet, and likes to be petted and scratched behind her ears. I suspect that may only be the least of the things she might like, but I haven't had the chance to find out for myself yet.

Neko, this is my friend Gladiator. He was the first friend i made when I came to Lit, and is still one of my best friends.

*nods at him in greeting*

I smile and set down my muffin giving Thyri a stern look. "If you eat that all while I shake her hand I will smack you one... and not in a good way." I smile at Neko. "A pleasure to meet you." I say. "I think you came just in time for dinner."

*Sneaks a piece of Gladiator's muffin and gives to the kitty, knowing how won't really smack me.*

"I should make you bend over my knee for that one... don't pretend like I didn't see you you little thief... But since you gave it to Neko and didn't eat it yourself I'll forgive you, this time." I smile and let my fingers traile over Neko's fur as well. "Your fur is soft." I murmer absently.

Goes off and gets some food for Neko and return soon. Puts the tray of food in front of her.

I Thank Avellan for his helpfulness and then turn back to Thyri grinning at her wondering what she will have to say to that.

I laugh. "I should spank you for that bedpan comment last night." I say smiling as I go back to eating my steak with my left hand, the other hand still absently stroking Neko's fur. using my left elbow to nudge Thyri back.

Sighs in relaxation and takes a drink from his Coca-Cola. Then watches Gladiator, Neko, and Annisthyrienne with interest.

I laugh at Thyri's words and gladly accept the wine bottle. "I was with a buddy of mine buying cheap wine the other day... I didn't realize even cheap wine was so expensive." I say chuckling. "I'd never bought it myself before."

I hand the bottle to Neko idly still petting her. "I always liked cats..." I comment. "They're so much nicer than dogs... although I've never met a Cat girl like you before."

"Hey Thyri, even if I do drink it all, its free remember? just go get another bottle." I say winking.

*Neko's comment makes me smile, and earns her some extra nice petting from me, along with a little tug on her tail, just enough of a grip to make her have to pull it through my fingers to get it free. Then a good firm scratching at the base of her tail.*

You're such a pretty one, Neko. You must hear that so much you get tired of it, huh.

Gladiator, if you kill off the dead soldier, you have to recruit another. That's the rules!

Don't worry, Neko, I made sure there was no 'backwash'. Can't speak for my friend here though, but he's fairly well mannered....usually.

I finish my food yawning slightly I lean back on the swing stretching out. "Who wants to be my pillow?" I say with a faint smile.
