Nope.. haven't been doing that very much lately actually, and it was sore before I ever did that yesterday I think I might've hurt it at work and not even realised it until a few hours later...

Me too, as is it's practically useless.. I can't even lift a cup right now without stabbing pains.. *shrug* I can type, that's about it.

Naw, I have my right hand still.. it's just annoying. I'm ambidexterous, so I'm used to being able to reach out with either hand and do anything.. I mean, I tried to open the fridge earlier and just about screamed.. Don't worry, going to a doctor tomorrow, as it's not feeling any better today, after having a heating pack on it for 8 hours.. doctor, definitely..
