And then there are fruit pizzas, which I imagine would be quite nice if made the way I'd like to see them made. You like some pizzas better than others.

I actually have a recipe for fruit pizza, but it's not really pizza at all, although it sort of looks like it.

The crust is sugar cookie dough, then cream cheese with powdered sugar and pinapple juice is the "sauce", then fruit, then a glaze of pinapple juice and powdered sugar over it.

It's wonderful! But, it's not pizza.

If I were going to make a fruit pizza, I would use my roll dough recipe, and things like peaches, cherries and apricots, maybe raisins, and either ricotta or cream cheese, and sprinkle it with the kind of butter streusel topping they top kolaches with.
