MC (any gender) took a break from teaching but wants to get back into it. They used to teach elementary but the school district is full up there but offers them a long term subbing job at the highschool for the senior classes (and all students are 18+). If they do well, they can join as a full teacher and possibly transfer back to the elementary.

While it could be any subject, I think it would be most fun if it was a free period: MC is told they can tutor or provide advice to the students but they are primarily there to just keep them out of trouble.

The class (or classes) is led by one or several dominating students who soon put substitute in their place and dominate them through the semester, knowing the sub wants a full teaching position and the school effectively offered them up as a sacrificial lamb to let the students use.

I think for an extra twist, sub actually taught some of them back in elementary and now those kids they remember being sweet if a bit ornery are now dominating them

Take it up a year or two out of school.

Sub(ject) is a TA in a community college in the same home town as they were in school. The rest of it can play out including former classmates, now current classmates or students again.

Kicker is, these kids are the goof ups that can't get into a real college or trade school. The marginal ones and class clowns who barely passed their classes. Uncle Sam wouldn't even take them as bullet catchers. The Spicolis if you will. Gnarly!

On my list of movies to see is "Take the Lead". A ballroom dance instructor (Antonio Banderas) volunteers to look after the detention class at a high school. The kids say that ballroom is boring, so he decides to show them otherwise:

Then flip the script. On day two, the elementary school teacher brings her BDSM equipment and her seven-foot-tall bouncer assistant. If these "kids" want to be dominants, she's going to teach them how to do it right: so that the sub is begging for more instead of running away in fear.
