Hello all,

I know I've been silent for awhile and I guess I'd better offer an explanation, just cause I'm a nice guy and all that;

Well, as some of you know I'm A Sgt in the USAF and a facility manager. Recent events has left my work center nearly 50% manned and one of the absent has been my facility co-manager. I was also left in charge of a 1.2 Million dollar refurbishing and remodeling project.
Also as some of you may know, Mrs. Mantra is pregnant with our second child and is now 34 weeks. She has recently been diagnosed with preclampsia and has not been well. Things went downhill and the hospital on base could not treat the wife's condition so we were referred to a special care clinic an hour's drive away. Needless to say, the housework has piled up and our first still needs to be looked after (he's 4). On top of all this, we can throw the fact that I have been going back to school and trying to complete a Public Speaking course, the finals for which, were this week.

*sighs* I'm fucking wiped. *Mixed a rum and coke, collapses in chair*

I can report that things are on the upswing. People are starting to come back into the workplace, to include the co-manager and most importantly, the wife and baby are doing well and back home.

No, I'm not out of the woods yet, but there is a light at the end that I an confirm is NOT an oncoming train. With any luck, I'll get back to posting again.

Just bear with me all, I haven't forgotten anyone.

Hey mantra i am sorry to hear about your wife but glad she is back home... and didnt have to stay in the hospital.

As i am sure you remember i had the same condition when i was pregnant last year with Vanessa, and so i know what she is going threw and you because my hubby had to take over all the house work and take care of Cutter and Kimber, as well as me..

Things will get better soon and no hurry on the thread here you know we'll all wait for ya. All my best wishes for you and your family .. i know its scary and rough, but it will get better..

Hello again everyone,

Well, the wife went right back into the hospital and stayed for the last two weeks. Its bee a rollercoaster of a time and a busy as hell one to boot. Hence why I have not been very active at all.

Thank you all for your support and understanding but there is more news; I am pleased to ask you all to welcome my latest baby dragon into the world; Samantha EvelynRose. Born today at 7:35 AM, 5lb, 14 oz. Mom and baby doing very well, father exausted.

Race: Swamp dwarf
Age: Older than shit, younger than stone; or about 173 eons
Appearance: Six foot tall, but bent and twisted. His skin is a green-gray color beset with wrinkles and scars. His bottom jaw protrudes, such that the teeth on the left side of his mouth stick up and out over his upper lip. His nose is wide and flattens across his face, broken and deformed until it appears more of a smear than an appendage.
His arms are huge and muscle bound with elbows that are articulated so that he has 360-degree movement down to his hands. He has four fingers and two thumbs on each hand.
His legs are swat, almost as large at his ankles as at his thighs. His feet are pronated with three large toes each. He has a hooked big toe at the heel of each foot.
His eyes are large with yellow pupils and red iris. His head is hairless and slightly pointed. His ears are small, appearing too small for his huge head.
He carries a large cudgel and a huge two-edged axe.
