They were all about to enter the Golden Temple in order to get a Chalice that will break a magic barrier so that they can defeat the ultimate evil.

?Mostly in the temple tonight we are going to be fighting enemies and dealing with traps." Jake explained. "So it will be a lot of action tonight, but sometimes when we are in town, the entire night can be us just acting out our characters. Both things are a lot of fun though."

Jake and Nat shared dice, through out the night. Everytime something came up, Jake would explain to her what she needed to do in order to hit a bad guy, or escape a trap.

Natalie turned out to be a Nat20 rolling machine. She rolled six in a roll. Richard smacked the table. "Can I rub your tits for luck? Seriously?" Richard's character was suffering from severe bleeding due to terrible rolls at that point.

Her hand took hold of Jake's. "Sorry, tiger. I didn't like what he said. I'm still going to heal him later."

Kenny actually laughed and Richard mimicked babbling. The whole group began laughing and even Greg cracked a smiled. "Finally someone shuts him up. Jake I like her, she can stay."

Jake gave Nat's hand a squeeze and nodded, "I like her too." He leaned in and whispered, "Especially when you can me tiger." Then he growled in her ear.

The group moved on and got a hold of the chalice after fighting a goat dragon. Nat healed Richard nearly to full with a lucky roll before the fight so her stunt never ended up hurting the party. After they got the chalice they had to flee the temple as it began to collapse upon itself.

They escape but falling stones hurt them all on the way out.

That was the end of the session. Everyone packed up as Jake and Nat rose. "Greg I'll print out a character sheet for Nat to make her own character, maybe her character can join the party when they get back to town."

Greg sighed and nodded, "I don't suppose it will hurt to have another. But you guys are heading for the end of the adventure and she might be under powered for what you will face."

Jake smiled, "Worse case scenario her character dies and she will have a starting character for the next adventure. It will be good practice."

Afterwards Jake and Nat walked hand in hand back toward the campus. "So you wanna stay over again tonight?" He asked her.

"Thanks guys!" Nat said feeling really good that Jake's friends accepted her. They said their farewells and followed Jake back to campus.

She took Jake's hand and leaned on his shoulder. "I don't want to go back to my dorm tonight. Not after what Brooke did." She sighed. "You know, you have really nice friends. I'm so glad they're okay with me."
