Diane looked at the framed parchment that had just arrived. Just as she'd always wanted to, she'd had their wedding vows written by a talented calligrapher and then beautifully matted and framed.
Her husband Mark had written them himself and they were wonderfully poetic. But seeing them now something odd jumped out at her. She set the dark frame down and then went to her dresser where she took out the original hand written versions that they had both memorized. The difference was there too. How had she not noticed before now?
That night she showed the framed piece to her new husband and then asked him the question that had bothered her all day.
"Mark, why do your vows include the 'forsake all others' part, but mine don't?"
"You finally noticed that?" Mark replied with a mischievous smile.
