Sorry...can't really talk tonight. Well...I can, but I have a headache so I don't think I'm gonna hang around this thing for too much longer :)

I'm in for the night now. Just got back from watching Troy. I liked it a lot, but it liked to tease. If only they didn't have to shadow out all the good naked parts. :(

I just finished reading Jaqueline Carrey's excellent Kushiel's dart series. It is the most original series ive read in a long time and the unlikely heroine Phedre no Delaunay feels pleasure and pain as the same thing. Anybody who either has read it or has an interest in reading it its an excellent trilogy

Pain and pleasure is the same thing, at least for me. Though I have slightly masochist tendencies here.

You saw Troy?

*jealous*

Yes I did. I also saw Van Helsing (mmm...Hugh Jackman). I'm really excited about next weekend, though (Shrek 2!!).

Jealous, huh? Well, maybe you should take that jealousy out on me. :p

I'm definitely waiting for Shrek 2. I think that will be my movie for the summer.

I am looking forward to I, Robot. I always liked the Asimov books and I hope it is a faithful version...that and The Day After Tomorrow looked cool too.

I'm also excited about King Arthur. I really hope that it turns out well. Now with no Lord of the Rings to look forward to, I need some new good movies to get excited about.

I want to be excited about Spiderman 2, but I really just can't be...I don't know, something about the cartooniness of the trailers bugged me.
I cannot wait to see Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow...that looked freaking amazing! That and the remake of the Stepford Wives...I always like Frank Oz as a director.

My lack of research into movies has made me oblivious to such work. Thanks for piquing my interest.

Do what I do...go to the apple website, to the quicktime section and you can download the latest trailers that are in theatres...That way I don't have to go to movies that often to see what is coming up

My friend Marj really wanted to see it, so I figured it's the end of the school year, we get a student discount on movies, and it's Hugh Jackman, so I might as well. It wasn't as bad as I had planned it to be. You really can't go in with high expectations, though.

I'm excited about Spiderman 2, even if it is cartoony.
Sky Captain looked a little too weird for me, but it's nice to know that Angelina Jolie is working (she needs to get some good roles again...).
The Stepford Wives does look hilarious. I'm usually not too partial to remakes, even if I haven't seen originals, but the cast is full of people I love to watch, so that should be fun. (I'm a movie freak!)

Well I'm going in with the same mindset I had for LXG. Going to see your favorite characters from old novels in action moreso than an enthralling plot.

Well, troupe. This is it! In the next 5 min I'm gonna shut down my comp and head out for Summer. Gone to visit some family for a few days then back to the house come next week. Take care, gang (don't worry, I'll be back on here in a few days!)

I just got back from seeing Van Helsing... I loved it. It was a great movie and graphics were awesome... I can't wait to see WHITE CHICKS. That looks funny as hell and Soul Plane.
