ah is she? ^^ its a tough field, the whole outlook is so bleak!!! so pretty much what i do it work my old job and the freelance the best i can until the market picks back up. hope you mum has something easy going enough. its rough!

well, the site IS entertaining no problem saying i'm enjoying myself heh 'tis a good time!

Sorry to hear you're not having much luck. Damn economy. My mom works in the graphics department at a community college near me-she's 50something though, so she has a lot of experience. My dad's a graphic designer too, and at first my sister was gonna go into it but she changed her mind. She's a nurse now.

I love love love this site! I just joined the whole discussion board area, but I've been reading for a few months now.

hmm, well i can expect they would have jobs being older, alright. for the fresh blood out there like me, its hard. even with entry level jobs the people hiring are saying they want people with experience. its total shit because they were just asking for entry level. now they're going to fucking experienced?! well...theres only ONE way i'm gonna GET my experience in the FIRST damned place!!!!
