Other than that, I've been keeping pretty busy driving between Ohio and Michigan. I haven't been cycling as much as I would like to be, but I will get back into it. It's hard to get motivated in all this humidity, plus now that I'm so drugged up I can barely stay awake for enough time to even make my daily loop. Anyone been watching Le Tour de France? Mmmm....
What else is new... oh yes, I applied for this Event Manager position at a prestigious golf resort Inn place in northern Michigan (well, northern part of the lower peninsula, just to confuse you all further) and I have to go back Tuesday for a second interview. I'm not entirely positive I want the job, but it's $28,000 a year salary plus benefits. Not to mention, that the kind of responsibility I'd be getting, especially straight out of college, is a huge step in a career defining direction.
I just don't know if I'm 1) ready to give up my ren. faires this summer for it, 2) ready to move again to an area where I know nobody, and 3( ready to grow up. Today I have to go shopping for another dress suit thingy- I can't wear the same one I wore last week, and it's a rather posh place so just putting on a skirt and heels isn't going to do it. Yikes, real world here I come!
