So, guys, you're walking down the street in your neighborhood. You see a woman with thick hard nipples showing through her shirt. You don't know her, but you've seen her around. She nods or says "hi" as you walk by. (Where I live, it's normal polite behavior to acknowledge people.)

Do you automatically assume she desires you?
What really goes through your head?
Does the age of the woman impact your thought process/reaction (assuming she's reasonably attractive for her age)?

Actually, I don't automatically think she desires me, and the age of the woman (as long as she looks below 40-45), I pleasantly smile. I don't think it's a really big deal, well, not anymore. It takes more than a little cleavage to get me turned on now.

I ran into a lady like that the other day at the grocery store. I sure as hell didn't think she had the hots for me. I just figured that it just happened. I'm with Gracie. My nipples tend to get hard for no reason. Doesn't mean I'm aroused, can mean a dozen different things - mainly because I'm cold. (Unless, of course, I'm with someone who arouses me) I've never gone out without a bra.

Seeing her ''headlights'' are on bright and knowing they were already in the aforementioned state well before we made eye contact just makes for some nice eye candy. I don't put too much thought into that scenario.

You may be a victim of your youth in automatically thinking this way. There was a time back in the dark ages where bra burning was something many women indulged in proudly....not while wearing of course. I think to some degree an offshoot of that practice and time has been that many women have become so comfortable with their bodies and themselves (and also raised their daughters to feel the same), seen their bodies as natural, that they do not dress with the thought in their mind of what others will think, whether they will notice anything about them or their clothes and bodies, and dress for what they feel most comfortable in. There was a time a few years ago when due to health problems, wearing a bra was just not possible...I didn't care less if someone noticed, I just wanted to be able to go out in comfort and not have to lock myself behind closed doors. I figure if grown adults can't handle the shape of a nipple under clothing, they have more things to worry about.

Then again, I was told by a fellow artist that if selling art on Ebay in the US, you have to blur out or cover any sign of nipples in photos of the piece of artwork on offer...to not do so meant it would be taken down from the sight immediately. I couldn't believe it, but checked it out and yes, nipples were a no-go area so I guess it is a cultural thing perhaps to find nipples as something more than normal. I do wonder if nipples are so offensive why men are not told they have to disguise the bulge and shape of their bits and pieces in their pants.What a sorry day that would be for born perverts like moi.

As to nipples showing due to a lack of bra, I am fortunate or unfortunate, depending how you see it, that mine are not large and thick, but still manage to show through my clothing even with a bra on. It is the burden F must bear I am afraid.
