I hope you get to go! The cinema or anything without the lil' one is difficult. I know and because I know I try to make myself available for my brother and his wife so they can get out while I watch their wee one. Of course, it's a treat for me to spend time with her, so no real bother at all. :)


what made me smile today?

Pumpkin carving! My brother, his wife and their lil' one in tow came over for dinner and carving while we also watched Halloween (original). It was a wonderful night.

I haven't had a lot of time to celebrate my favorite month/holiday with all the crazy, but now that things are settled I'm going to make up for it in the next week!
 
My girl's second removal surgery has been scheduled for first week of December. After that I hope she can enjoy the weather outside, she deserves it.
 
Coming across old photos and thinking "HOLY SHIT! Did I really do that?!" and "AW! I was adorable when I was little!!"

Delivery of my counter tops, even if it did interrupt my sleeping in. Also a new post to a much enjoyed story.
 
Watching 'The Little Mermaid' with Mini Brit just now, reached the point where she gets legs.
Mini Brit's main concern is, now she has feet...she needs socks. Where is she going to get socks from?
