Only ended because someone else yelled at us.

Employee A sees me on my phone. "Why do managers get to use their phones and not get in trouble? Yet we get written up if we use ours?"

Employee B "cause your using your phone around the wrong managers, bro. That or not doing your job and spending to much time sexting. Ms. B doesn't care if you have your phone out. Besides she could be talking to the DM or corporate or something."

I had to walk away laughing. If only they knew what I was really doing on my phone.
