These two weren't very bright. Once my brother in law was fooling around with a lighter, flicking it on and off. The feline brain trusts each pounced over to see what the bright light was. Of course they wanted to sniff it to see what it was. Burned off their whiskers.

That reminds me of one of my old cats. She was literally as stupid as they could possibly be. She got the bright idea to play with a candle, was pawing at it and burnt her paw, then she freaked, went to jump over it, and knocked the candle over and pretty much covered herself in wax.

So far these kitties don't seem too crazy, then again I've only had them for a day but they are little devils that's for sure. Cute, but devils.
